You can easily register at Al-Fatah Electronics by following these simple steps:

• Click on the “Login/Register” link at the top right corner of Al-Fatah Electronics website
• Enter your first and last name, phone number, email address and a password
• Hit the “Register” button.

To track your order, you need to click on the “Track Your Order”
Once clicking the “Track Your Order” button, you’ll be directed to the page where you need to enter the Order ID and Billing Email

The “Track” button will direct you to “My Account” page where you can get information about the current status of your placed order

To cancel the order, you need to log into “My Account” as shown in the image below:

Once you log in, you can cancel the order by clicking the “Cancel” button appearing at the right side of the order placement. See below:

Clicking the “Cancel” button, a pop-up will appear asking the reason of cancellation.
