If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to assist you with returns, exchanges, and refunds in accordance with the policy below.
Returns Policy
Al-Fatah Electronics accepts returns for both defective and non-defective products.
Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving the product.
To be eligible for a return, the product must meet the following conditions:
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
- The product must include all original accessories, user manuals, warranty cards, tags, and any promotional items or free gifts received with the purchase.
- The product must be returned in its original and undamaged packaging.
- The product must not show any signs of misuse, physical damage, or unauthorized repairs.
All returned products are subject to inspection. Al-Fatah Electronics reserves the right to decline a return request if the product does not meet the above conditions.
Eligible Reasons for Return
Returns or exchanges will be accepted under the following circumstances:
- The product is damaged, defective, or malfunctioning upon delivery.
- An incorrect product or an incomplete order has been delivered.
- The customer wishes to exchange the product for another available model or brand (subject to stock availability and approval).
Exchange Policy
Eligible products may be exchanged within 7 days of delivery, provided they meet the return conditions stated above.
If the replacement product has a different price, the customer will either pay the price difference or receive a refund for the difference, as applicable.
Return Shipping
Al-Fatah Electronics provides free return shipping for eligible returns where the product is defective, damaged, incorrect, or the return is due to an error on our part.
If a customer requests a return or exchange due to a change of mind, personal preference, or any reason not related to a product defect or an error by Al-Fatah Electronics, the customer will be responsible for all applicable return and delivery charges.
Restocking Fee
Al-Fatah Electronics does not charge any restocking fee for approved returns.
Refund Policy
Once the returned product has been received and successfully inspected, eligible refunds will be processed within 10 business days.
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible.
For payments made using Credit or Debit Cards, any applicable bank processing charges, including Merchant Discount Rate (MDR) and Federal Excise Duty (FED) charged by the bank, are non-refundable and may be deducted from customer-initiated refunds where applicable.
Refund Method
Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
- For orders paid via Credit Card, Debit Card, or other online payment methods, the refund will be credited only to the same card or account from which the payment was originally received.
- Refunds cannot be transferred to a different bank account, card, digital wallet, or payment method.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed according to the refund method communicated by our Customer Support team.

- Product Name
- Reason for Return
- Photos or videos (if the product is damaged or defective)
